Oscar Washington Tabarez Silva born (3 march 1947) in Montevideo, Uruguay. He is currently the head coach of the Uruguay national football team and was the coach when they played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup. Reliable, hard-working and a man of few words, Tabarez began coaching with local club Bella Vista and the U-20 national team.
